Product Care
Each of our pieces is handmade by indigenous artisans in Mexico; we do not mass produce, so each one has its own personality and is unique.
Each piece created by Chilemiel jewelry is made by hand, so it must be treated and used carefully.
We craft our jewelry, working with a variety of metals and fabrics that can get damaged over time. Avoid that the pieces have contact with: liquids, humidity, perfumes, aerosols, chlorine and any abrasive substance. Avoid use when swimming or bathing.
Our jewelry can be easily cleaned, just use a standard polish or jewelry polish.
Shipping policy
We ship to all of Mexico and the United States (USA) with a shipping cost, depending on our variation and availability of pieces in stock. Sometimes we will send you a quote of the final price with the shipping cost, since there may be an additional charge for orders for specific territories.
We ask for your patience to receive your special pieces.
All orders are shipped without a “required signature” and can be delivered to a residence that is considered safe by the delivery company. Chilemiel Jewelry is not responsible for any loss of damage that may result when leaving your package at the shipping address without signature. Product Return
We are willing to accept timely returns on new products that have not been used, within 10 days of the date you received your order.
Returns can be made by changing products on the same model and the same value, without cash back.
Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any box and other signed packaging materials.
In case of measurements on rings, there are no changes or refunds.
We do not accept the return of any product that has been damaged, does not include the packaging materials or in which they have been altered; If it is one of these cases, the product will be returned to you.
Product changes will be addressed or processed until the items are returned for inspection.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged products
Products that you receive that are damaged or damaged by a manufacturing failure within 30 days of purchase will be considered damaged products. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered damaged. Chilemiel will determine in each case if the damage is as a result of wear or for some other reason.
Damaged products will be replaced or repaired, as long as possible and will be subject to availability. If a product can not be replaced or repaired, you have the right to choose another product from our current stock that is equivalent to the value paid; In case of being of superior value, the client will pay the difference.
The customer is responsible for round trip shipping rates.
